Update- Prayer Request from Kristi Graham and family

My brother in law is at home now. He is doing better. The doctors say he has inter arterial septal aneurysm. I will keep you updated. Please keep him in your prayers.

Prayer Request from Kristi and Jeff Graham and family

My brother in law is in the hospital. About 1 to 1 1/2 weeks ago, he went to the ER for "chest pains" and not be able to breathe correctly. Well, now he has gone back to the hospital tonight with the same thing. They are keeping him overnight and they will be doing a stress test on him tomorrow. Please keep him and all of us(his family) in your prayers.

Kathy's daddy and mommy

Kathy's dad's surgery has been moved up to tomorrow. He will be having a stint put in his neck. Please say a prayer.

Praise report! Kathy's mom's test results came back negative. WAHOO!!!

Here are a list of the announcements that were made today:

• This week we will have missionary services. (Services will start at 7 p.m.)Thursday will be Brother Martin; Friday will be Brother Elliott; Sunday will be Brother Cash and Brother Nelson


• Volunteers are needed for Children's Church and Nursery. If you are interested in volunteering please see Mike Roper to be added to the rotation.


• Sonya is starting a monthly woman's bible study group. This group will meet the last Wednesday of the month. The first meeting will be January 28, 2009 If you are interested in joining please see Sonya for a workbook. The bible study will be one by Kay Arthur entitle "Lord Teach Me To Pray"

Also Winter Jam will be February 7, 2009. Tickets will be provided by the church; however you will need to bring money for food. More details to come. RSVP BY FEBRUARY 3, 2009.

Don't forget about Youth night. Starting inviting everyone now. Mark Whitfield will be our speaker.
