Prayer Request

My Maw-maw (my mom's mom) is still having trouble. She is 81 years old (just turned 81 in November). She has been having some trouble with breathing, falling, feet swelling. She has always had good health and no problems. This last year or so she has been having trouble with this things. Well, my paw-paw doesn't see fit to call us and let us know what is going on because he doesn't want to bother us) We have all explained to both of them they it will not bother us. We want to know. Just because they live an hour away we still want to know. I called my maw-maw tonight to let them know about the bday parties for my kids and found out that she fell 3 weeks ago and hurt her leg. And that she went to the doctor today and found out that she has 2 valves that are leaking a minimal amount of blood in to her lungs. The doctor is not too concerned about it right now, but they are going to do everything possible to prevent her from having to have valve replacement surgery (b/c she probably would not make it through surgery). This is what has been causing her to have shortness of breath. I would have never know any of this unless I called up there and gave her the 3rd degree tonight because they will NOT call anybody and tell what is going on. It is so frustrating.
So please keep her in your prayers.

Youth Night

Just a reminder that tomorrow night is Youth Night. Remember to invite all your friends to come join in on all the fun.

Parents: please bring chips, sweets, drinks, etc to go with the pizza.

Feb 11, 2009- Valentine Dinner

Wednesday Feb 11, 2009 will be our Valentine Dinner. So bring your sweetheart and come join and wonderful meal (a taste of Italy). Also, Trenity will be taking pictures so make sure you are dressed nice for your pictures!

"FIREPROOF"

OK, So this is 2nd time that I have watched this movie. The first time was with a group of Ladies from church. The second time was at home with Lisa, Eric and Jeff- oh yea, the 3 kids were there too. THIS IS A GREAT MOVIE. IT HAS A WONDERFUL MESSAGE. I STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THIS MOVIE. It is definitely a movie that you should watch with your spouse. It is a true eye opener.
